Background Information: Stromal cell-derived factor-1 β is a stromal derived CXC chemokine. It signals through CXCR4 receptor. Recombinant Human SDF-1β is an 8.5 kDa protein containing 72 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
