Description

SDF-1alpha (CXCL12), murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

A small cytokine strongly chemotactic for lymphocytes

Biomolecule/Target: SDF-1 alpha

Alternates names: SDF-1, CXCL12, Pre-B cell growth-stimulating factor, PBSF, hIRH, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12, SDF1, SDF1A, TPAR1, SCYB12, SDF-1a, TLSF-a.

Synonyms: SDF-1, CXCL12, Pre-B cell growth-stimulating factor, PBSF, hIRH, chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12, SDF1, SDF1A, TPAR1, SCYB12, SDF-1a, TLSF-a.

Background Information: Stromal Cell-Derived Factor-1α (SDF-1α) is a recently discovered protein belonging to the α-chemokine (C-X-C) family of cytokines. Recombinant murine SDF-1α is a 7.9 kDa protein containing 68 amino acids residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers or stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
