Background Information: Interleukin-3 (IL-3) is a species-specific colony-stimulating factor that stimulates colony formation of megakaryocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages from bone marrow cultures. Recombinant rat IL-3 is a 15.8 kDa protein.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 µg/µl. The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
