Background Information: Interleukin-10 (IL-10), originally known as Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor (CSIF), is an 18.7 kDa protein containing 160 amino acid residues. It shares over 80% sequence homology with the Epstein-Barr Virus protein BCRFI.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in sterile 18MΩ-cm H₂O not less than 100 μg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
