Description

Human CellExp™ G-CSF, Human Recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

A glycoprotein, growth factor and cytokine that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells

Biomolecule/Target:

Alternates names: CSF-3, MGI-1G, GM-CSF beta, Pluripoietin, Filgrastim, Lenograstim, G-CSF, MGC45931, GCSF.

Synonyms: Human Cellexp Human Recombinant G-CSF

Background Information: GCSF is a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The active protein is found extracellularly. Three transcript variants encoding three different isoforms have been found for the GCSF gene. Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in sterile PBS containing 0.1% endotoxin-free, recombinant human serum albumin.

NCBI Gene Symbol: CSF3

Gene ID: 1440

NCBI Accession: P09919
