Description
Growth Hormone, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A protein which plays an important role in growth control
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Growth hormone 1, Somatotropin, Pituitary growth hormone
Synonyms: Growth hormone 1, Somatotropin
Background Information: GH is a member of the somatotropin/prolactin family of hormone which plays an important role in growth control. Recombinant mouse Growth Hormone produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, single chain containing 191 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 22.0 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized mGH in sterile deionized H₂O to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions or store at -20C for future use.
