Description
FGF-10/KGF-2, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A heparin binding growth factor, stimulating the proliferation and activation of cells expressing FGFR
Biomolecule/Target: FGF-10/KGF-2
Alternates names: Fibroblast Growth Factor-10, FGFA, Keratinocyte growth factor-2
Synonyms: Fibroblast Growth Factor-10, FGFA, Keratinocyte growth factor-2
Background Information: Fibroblast Growth Factor-10 (also called KGF-2) is a heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation and activation of cells that express FGF receptors. FGF-10 is mostly related to FGF-7/KGF and is expressed during development and preferentially in adult lungs. The human FGF-10 is a 19.3 kDa protein containing 170 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. It is recommended that sterile PBS + 50ug sterile BSA per ug of FGF-10 be added to the vial to prepare a working stock solution of no less than 100 μg/mL of FGF-10.
