Description

FGF-1/FGF-acidic, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

An acidic heparin binding growth factor stimulating the proliferation of a variety of cells

Biomolecule/Target: FGF-1/FGF-acidic

Alternates names: HBGF-1, ECGF-β, FIBP, FGFIBP, FIBP-1, ECGF, ECGFA, GLIO703, FGF1, FGF-a, Fibroblast Growth Factor, Fibroblast growth factor 1, Acidic fibroblast growth factor, Endothelial cell growth factor, Heparin-binding growth factor 1, acidic FGF, FGF acidic

Synonyms: HBGF-1, ECGF-β, FIBP, FGFIBP, FIBP-1, ECGF, ECGFA, GLIO703, FGF1, FGF-a, Fibroblast Growth Factor

Background Information: FGF-1 is an acidic heparin binding growth factor that stimulates the proliferation of a wide variety of cells including mesenchymal, neuroectodermal and endothelial cells. Recombinant human FGF-1 is a 15.8 kDa protein containing 140 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 10 mM Tris, pH 7.6 to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use. Repeated freeze/thaw cycles will result in some loss of activity.
