Description
TWEAK, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An apoptosis inducer
Biomolecule/Target: TWEAK
Alternates names: APO3L, DR3LG, TWEAK, TNFSF13
Synonyms: APO3L, DR3LG, TWEAK, TNFSF13
Background Information: Human TWEAK is a new secreted ligand in the tumor necrosis factor family that weakly induces apoptosis. TWEAK, like many other members of the TNF family, is able to induce interleukin-8 synthesis in a number of cell lines. The recombinant human TWEAK is a 17.0 kDa protein, comprising the TNF-like extraCellular domain of TWEAK.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 10 mM Sodium Phosphate (pH 7.5) to a concentration of 1 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
