Background Information: Recombinant mouse Platelet Derived Growth Factor (PDGF) is a potent mitogen for a wide range of cell types including fibroblasts, smooth muscle and connective tissue. PDGF, which is composed of a homodimeric, non-glycosylated, polypeptide of 109 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in sterile 100mM acetic acid and 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
