Description
CXCL10/IP-10/CRG-2, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Chemoattractant for monocytes, T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells
Biomolecule/Target: CXCL-10
Alternates names: C-X-C motif chemokine 10 (10 kDa interferon gamma-induced protein) (Gamma-IP10) (IP-10) (Small-inducible cytokine B10) Cleaved into: CXCL10(1-73)
Synonyms: 11 kDa interferon gamma-induced protein, Gamma-IP10, IP-10, Small-inducible cytokine B10
Background Information: Human Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10(CXCL10),also known as Interferon gamma-inducible protein-10 (IP-10), is a non-ELR chemokine secreted by various cell types including monocytes, endothelial cells and fibroblasts in response to IFN-γ. CXCL10 functions via chemokine receptor CXCR3. CXCL10 has been attributed to several roles, such as chemo-attraction for activated T-lymphocytes, inhibition of angiogenesis and antitumor activity.
Reconstitution Instructions: Dissolve in 1x PBS (It is not recommended to reconstitute to a final concentration less than 100 μg/ml). This can further be diluted to other aqueous buffers.
