Description
VEGF120, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A signaling protein involved in both vasculogenesis and angiogenesis
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Vascular endothelial growth factor A, VEGF-A, Vascular permeability factor, VPF, VEGF, MGC70609.
Synonyms: Vascular endothelial growth factor A, VEGF-A, Vascular permeability factor, VPF, VEGF, MGC70609, VPF, glioma derived endothelial cell mitogen.
Background Information: Vascular Endothelial Growth factor-A (VEGF-A) was originally isolated from tumor cells and is produced by a wide variety of cell types. In addition to stimulating vascular growth and permeability, VEGF-A may play a role in stimulating vasodilatation via nitric oxide-dependent pathways. Mouse VEGF-A has several variants, one being VEGF-120 (also known as VEGF-2). Recombinant Mouse VEGF-120 is a homodimer with a molecular weight of 28.2 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile H₂O at a concentration of 0.1 – 0.5 mg/ml, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions
