Description
TRAIL/Apo2L, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A ligand molecule which induces apoptosis
Biomolecule/Target: TRAIL/Apo2L
Alternates names: Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 10, TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand, Protein TRAIL, Apo-2 ligand, Apo-2L, CD253 antigen, TL2, APO2L, TNFSF10.
Synonyms: Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 10, TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand, Protein TRAIL, Apo-2 ligand, Apo-2L, CD253 antigen, TL2, APO2L, TNFSF10.
Background Information: Human TRAIL (TNF-Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand), also called Apo2 Ligand (Apo2L), is a cytotoxic protein that activates rapid apoptosis in tumor cells, but not at normal cells. The recombinant human TRAIL/Apo2L is a single polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids and has a molecular mass of 19.6 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.5-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
