Description
sRANK Ligand, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An osteoclast differentiation and activation factor
Biomolecule/Target: sRANKL
Alternates names: Soluble Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand, TNFSF11, TRANCE, TNF-related activation-induced cytokine, OPGL, ODF, Osteoclast differentiation factor, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11, Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand, RANKL, Osteoprotegerin ligand, CD254 antigen, sRANKL, sOdf.
Synonyms: Soluble Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand, TNFSF11, TRANCE, TNF-related activation-induced cytokine, OPGL, ODF, Osteoclast differentiation factor, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11, Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand, RANKL, Osteoprotegerin ligand, CD254 antigen, sRANKL, sOdf.
Background Information: Murine RANK (receptor activator of NF-kB) is a newly discovered member of the TNFR family, identified as a dendritic cell membrane protein. The recombinant murine sRANK Ligand is a soluble 19.4 kDa protein, comprising the 174 amino acid residue TNF homologous region of RANKL.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg /ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
