Immune signaling facilitator

Biomolecule/Target: sRANKL

Alternates names: Soluble Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand, TNFSF11, TRANCE, TNF-related activation-induced cytokine, OPGL, ODF, Osteoclast differentiation factor, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11, Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand, RANKL, Osteoprotegerin ligand, CD254 antigen, sRANKL, sOdf, hRANKL2.

Synonyms: Soluble Receptor Activator of NFkB Ligand, TNFSF11, TRANCE, TNF-related activation-induced cytokine, OPGL, ODF, Osteoclast differentiation factor, Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 11, Receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand, RANKL, Osteoprotegerin ligand, CD254 antigen, sRANKL, sOdf, hRANKL2.

Background Information: Human RANK (receptor activator of NF-kB) is a member of the TNFR family, identified as a dentritic cell membrane protein. Human soluble RANK Ligand is a soluble 20.0 kDa polypeptide, comprising the TNF homologous region of RANKL (176 amino acid residues).

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg /ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
