Background Information: RANTES is a protein that has been shown to be a chemoattractant for peripheral blood monocytes. It appears to selectively attract T cells of the CD4+/CD45RO+ phenotype in vitro. Murine RANTES is a 7.8 kDa protein containing 68 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use.
