Background Information: Human MCP-3 (Macrophage/Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-3) plays an important role in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes, tissue macrophages, and eosinophils. The recombinant human MCP-3 is a 9.0 kDa protein containing 76 amino acid residues.
