Description
MCP-3/CCL7, rat recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Chemoattractant for monocytes
Biomolecule/Target: MCP-3
Alternates names: CCL7, MARC
Synonyms: CCL7, MARC
Background Information: Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 3 (MCP-3), also called CCL7, is chemokine produced by macrophages and some tumor cell lines. MCP-3 signals through three different G protein-coupled receptors, CCR1, CCR2, and CCR3. CCL7 chemoattracts monocytes and can regulate macrophage function. Recombinant rat MCP-3 is a non-glycosylated protein, containing 75 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 8.6 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: When reconstituting the product, gently pipet and wash down the sides of the vial to ensure full recovery of the protein into solution. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile water at a concentration of 0.1 mg/mL, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
