Description
MART-1/Melan-A, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A melanocyte lineage marker
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Melanoma antigen recognized by T-cells 1, Protein Melan-A, Antigen SK29-AA, Antigen LB39-AA
Synonyms: Melanoma antigen recognized by T-cells 1, Protein Melan-A, Antigen SK29-AA, Antigen LB39-AA
Background Information: MART-1 (also known as Melan-A) is a melanocyte differentiation antigen recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Six other melanoma associated antigens recognized by autologous cytotoxic T cells include MAGE-1, Tyrosinase, gp100, gp75, BAGE-1, and GAGE-1. SubCellular fractionation shows that MART-1 is present in melanosomes and endoplasmic reticulum. Human MART-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
