Description
IL-6, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An important mediator of acute phase response
Biomolecule/Target: IL-6
Alternates names: IFN-b2, B cell differentiation factor (BCDF), BSF-2, HPGF, HSF, MGI-2, IL-6, Interleukin HP-1, B-cell hybridoma growth factor, B-cell stimulatory factor 2, CTL differentiation factor, Interferon beta-2.
Synonyms: IFN-b2, B cell differentiation factor (BCDF), BSF-2, HPGF, HSF, MGI-2, IL-6, Interleukin HP-1, B-cell hybridoma growth factor,
Background Information: IL-6 is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor that stimulates the growth and survivability of certain B cells and T cells. Human IL-6 is a 20.9 kDa protein containing 184 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml (Note: Gently shake the solution for about 10 minutes for better solubility). The solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
