Description
IL-5, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine which stimulates B cell growth & eosinophil activation
Biomolecule/Target: IL-5
Alternates names: BCDFII, TRF, T-cell replacing factor, Eosinophil differentiation factor, B cell differentiation factor I, IL-5,
Synonyms: BCDFII, TRF, T-cell replacing factor, Eosinophil differentiation factor, B cell differentiation factor I, IL-5,
Background Information: IL-5 is a potent T-cell derived factor that stimulates the growth of certain B cells and the differentiation of eosinophils. Human IL-5 is a 26.5 kDa protein containing 232 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml. The solution can be diluted into other buffered solutions or stored at –20°C for future use. For most in vitro applications, IL-5 exerts its biological activity in the concentration range of 0.1 to 10 ng/ml
