Description
IL-19, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A cytokine inducing production of IL-6 and TNF-alpha
Biomolecule/Target: IL-19
Alternates names: Melanoma differentiation association like protein, MDA1, NG.1, ZMDA1, IL-10C, IL-19
Synonyms: Melanoma differentiation association like protein, MDA1, NG.1, ZMDA1, IL-10C, IL-19
Background Information: Interleukin-19 (IL-19) is a member of the IL-10 family produced by resting B cells and monocytes. IL-19 is thought to be up-regulated when monocytes are treated with GM-CSF or LPS. IL-19 shares a receptor complex with IL-20, and acts to induce IL-6 and TNF-α production by monocytes and promotes the Th2 response. Recombinant human IL-19 is a nonglycosylated protein, containing 155 amino acids, with a molecular weight of 17.9 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1 to 1.0 μg/μl. It is recommended that further dilutions be made into buffer containing carrier protein or medium containing serum.
