Background Information: IL-13 is an immunoregulatory protein produced by activated T lymphocytes. The biological activities of IL-13 include the stimulation of B cell proliferation, immunoglobulin production, and induction of differentiation of B cells and monocytic lineage. Recombinant human IL-13 is a 12.5 kDa protein containing 114 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 5-10 mM HCl to a concentration of 0.1 µg/µl. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
