Background Information: Recombinant rat IL-18 is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide containing 158 amino acids and having a molecular weight of 18.3 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 100 µg/ml. Gently pipette to mix it well. The solution can be stored at 4°C for 2 weeks or -20°C for 3 months. Protein should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
