Description
IL-17E, rat recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells
Biomolecule/Target: IL-17E
Alternates names: IL25, IL17E, Interleukin-17E, Interleukin-25
Synonyms: recombinant rat Interleukin-17, Interleukin 17E, Interleukin-25,
Background Information: Rat IL-17E (IL-17E), is a proinflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-17F). Rat IL-17E protein is a homodimer consisting of two 145 amino acids peptides. Recombinant rat IL-17E produced in E.coli is a non-glycosylated disulfide-joined homodimer having a molecular mass of 35.5 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile 10 mM HCl at a concentration of 0.1 mg’s/ml. Further dilutions into other buffers can be made.
