Description
IL-17E, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A proinflammatory cytokine produced by activated T cells
Biomolecule/Target: IL-17E
Alternates names: IL25, IL17E, Interleukin-17E, Interleukin-25
Synonyms: IL25, IL17E, Interleukin-17E, Interleukin-25
Background Information: Mouse IL-17E (IL-25), is a proinflammatory cytokine member of a six-species family of proteins (IL-17A-17F). Mouse IL-17E protein is a homodimer consisting of two 153 amino acids peptides. Recombinant mouse IL-17E produced in E.coli is a non-glycosylated disulfide-joined homodimer having a molecular mass of 34.9 kDa.
Reconstitution Instructions: When reconstituting the product, gently pipet and wash down the sides of the vial to ensure full recovery of the protein into solution. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile 5 mM Acetic acid to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
