Description
IL-16, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A chemoattractant for immune cells expressing CD4
Biomolecule/Target: IL-16
Alternates names: IL16, Interleukin-16, LCF, Lymphocyte Chemoattractant Factor, prIL-16, IL-16, FLJ16806, FLJ42735, FLJ44234, HsT19289.
Synonyms: IL16, Interleukin-16, LCF, Lymphocyte Chemoattractant Factor, prIL-16, IL-16, FLJ16806, FLJ42735, FLJ44234, HsT19289.
Background Information: Interleukin 16 (IL-16), also known as lymphocyte chemoattractant factor (LCF), stimulates a migratory response in CD4+ T cells and CD4+ monocytes and eosinophils. In addition, human IL-16 induces expression of the IL-2 receptor by T cells. Human IL-16 is a 13.5 kDa protein containing 130 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and store at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
