Description
IL-12p40, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A T cell-stimulating factor
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Cytotoxic lymphocyte maturation factor 40 kDa subunit Short name=CLMF p40 IL-12 subunit p40 NK cell stimulatory factor chain 2
Synonyms: none
Background Information: Interleukin-12 is a disulfide-linked heterodimeric protein (p70), composed of two subunits, p35 and p40, which are encoded by two different genes. Recombinant Human IL-12 p40 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated Polypeptide chain containing 306 amino acids fragment (23-328).
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 1X PBS, pH 7.2 to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
