Description
IL-10, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An anti-inflammatory cytokine
Biomolecule/Target: IL-10
Alternates names: B-TCGF, CSIF, TGIF, IL-10, IL10A, MGC126450, MGC126451, Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor.
Synonyms: B-TCGF, CSIF, TGIF, IL-10, IL10A, MGC126450, MGC126451, Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor.
Background Information: IL-10 is an immunosuppressive cytokine produced by a variety of mammalian cell types including macrophages, monocytes, T cells, B cells and keratinocytes. IL-10 inhibits the expression of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-1 and TNF-Ą. Like IL-4, IL-10 enhances humoral immune responses and attenuates cell-mediated immune reactions. Human IL-10 active on murine cells, but murine IL-10 is inactive on human cells. Recombinant murine IL-10 is an 18.7 kDa protein of 161 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 3 mM Tris, pH 8.0 to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 µg/µl. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
