Description
IL-10, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An anti-inflammatory cytokine
Biomolecule/Target: IL-10
Alternates names: B-TCGF, CSIF, TGIF, IL-10, IL10A, MGC126450, MGC126451, Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor.
Synonyms: B-TCGF, CSIF, TGIF, IL-10, IL10A, MGC126450, MGC126451, Cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor.
Background Information: IL-10 (Interleukin-10), originally known as Cytokine Synthesis Inhibitory Factor (CSIF), is an 18.6 kDa protein containing 161 amino acid residues. It shares over 80% sequence homology with the Epstein-Barr Virus protein BCRFI. The reported biological activities of IL-10 include inhibition of macrophage-mediated cytokine synthesis, suppression of the delayed-type hypersensitivity response, and stimulation of the Th2 cell response which results in elevated antibody production.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O a concentration of 0.1-1.0 µg/µl. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
