Description
IL-1 beta, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
An important mediator of inflammatory responses
Biomolecule/Target: IL-1 beta
Alternates names: Catabolin, Lymphocyte-activating factor (LAF), Endogenous Pyrogen (EP), Leukocyte Endogenous Mediator (LEM), Mononuclear Cell Factor (MCF)
Synonyms: Catabolin, Lymphocyte-activating factor (LAF), Endogenous Pyrogen (EP), Leukocyte Endogenous Mediator (LEM), Mononuclear Cell Factor (MCF)
Background Information: IL-1β is a potent immuno-modulator that mediates a wide range of immune and inflammatory responses including the activation of B and T cells. Recombinant human IL-1β is a 17.0 kDa protein containing 153 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or stored at –20°C for future use.
