Biomolecule/Target:

Alternates names: HNA-2a, PRV-1, N B1, NB1 GP, NB1 glycoprotein, Polycythemia rubra vera protein 1, Human neutrophil alloantigen 2a

Synonyms: HNA-2a, PRV-1, N B1, NB1 GP, NB1 glycoprotein, Polycythemia rubra vera protein 1, Human neutrophil alloantigen 2a

Background Information: CD177 is a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked N-glycosylated cell surface glycoprotein. CD177 contains two UPAR/Ly6 domains. CD177 is highly expressed in normal bone marrow and weakly expressed in fetal liver. Neutrophil-specific CD177 is a heterophilic binding partner of PECAM-1 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1). This interaction mediates neutrophil transmigration.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/ml in sterile distilled water
