Description
Human CellExp™ African Swine Fever Virus p54 Protein is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Envelope protein encoded by E183L gene
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Envelope protein p54; African swine fever virus p54 protein, E183L (p54); ASFV p54
Synonyms: Envelope protein p54; African swine fever virus p54 protein, E183L (p54); ASFV p54
Background Information: p54 is the envelope protein of African swine fever virus (ASFV). The virus causes African Swine fever, an acute hemorrhagic fever in domestic pigs. The envelope protein p54 is encoded by the gene E183L. It interacts with the host light chain cytoplasmic dynein (LC8) which is critical for the intracellular microtubule-dependent virus transport. This product contains both the O‐linked glycosylated and the non‐glycosylated protein.
