With His Tag
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: Anterior gradient protein 3 homolog; AG3; BCMP11; hAG-3; HAG3; PDIA18; Breast cancer membrane protein 11; Protein disulfide isomerase family A, member 18
Synonyms: Anterior gradient protein 3 homolog; AG3; BCMP11; hAG-3; HAG3; PDIA18; Breast cancer membrane protein 11; Protein disulfide isomerase family A, member 18
Background Information: Human Anterior Gradient Protein 3 is a member of the disulfide isomerase family of endoplasmic reticulum proteins that catalyze protein folding and thiol-disulfide interchange reactions. It is required for the regulation of ciliary beat frequency and mucociliary clearance in the airway epithelium. It is over-expressed in breast and ovarian cancer and may serve as a marker for cancer detection and prognosis.
