Description

GRO-beta, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

A chemotactic cytokine

Biomolecule/Target: GRO-beta/MIP-2

Alternates names: Growth Regulated Protein/Melanoma Growth Stimulatory Activity, GRO α, MGSA α, CXCL1, NAP-3, GRO1, KC (murine) CINC (rat), Neutrophil-activating protein 3

Synonyms: Growth Regulated Protein/Melanoma Growth Stimulatory Activity (MGSA β), CXCL2, MIP-2, GRO2

Background Information: Human GRO-β is a member of the C-X-C family of chemokines and promotes neutrophil and basophil chemotaxis and degranulation. GRO-β like GRO-α specifically inhibits growth factor-stimulated proliferation of capillary endothelial cells in a dose-dependent manner. Recombinant human GRO-β is a 7.9 kDa protein containing 73 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
