Description
GDNF, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
A promotor of dopamine uptake and survival of midbrain neurons
Biomolecule/Target: GDNF
Alternates names: Glial-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, ATF-1, Astrocyte-derived trophic factor
Synonyms: Glial-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, ATF-1
Background Information: Human GDNF (Glial-Derived Neurotrophic Factor) is a 30.1 kDa protein that specifically promotes dopamine uptake and survival of midbrain neurons. GDNF is a disslphide-linked homodimer, formed by two identical 134 amino acids subunits.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
NCBI Gene Symbol: GDNF
