Description

GDA, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

An enzyme responsible for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine.

Biomolecule/Target: GDA

Alternates names: Guanine deaminase, CYPIN, GUANASE, NEDASIN

Synonyms: Guanine deaminase, CYPIN, GUANASE, NEDASIN

Background Information: GDA is an enzyme responsible for the hydrolytic deamination of guanine. Studies in rat ortholog suggest this gene plays a role in microtubule assembly. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Recombinant human GDA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
