Description

gAcrp30/Adiponectin, murine recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.

A protein that modulates a number of metabolic processes

Biomolecule/Target: Adiponectin

Alternates names: apm-1, Adipolean , 30 kDa adipocyte complement-related protein, Adipocyte complement-related 30 kDa protein, Adipocyte, C1q and collagen domain-containing protein, Adipose most abundant gene transcript 1 protein, Gelatin-binding protein, ADIPOQ, ACDC, ACRP30, APM1, GBP28

Synonyms: apm-1, Adipolean

Background Information: Murine gAcrp30 is a 16.6 kDa protein originating from a proteolytic cleavage of Acrp30 (adipocyte complement-related protein of 30 kDa). Research shows that gAcrp30 is more active than the full length of Acrp30. gAcrp30 is expressed and secreted by adipose tissue. gAcrp30 possesses unique pharmacological properties for regulation of body weight and lipid metabolism. It is a key component in controlling energy homeostasis. BioVision’s Recombinant Murine gAcrp30 is a 16.6 kDa protein consisting of 145 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in 5 mM Tris, pH 7.6 to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. This stock solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers

NCBI Gene Symbol: ADIPOQ
