Description

JLP Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.

Description: JLP (JNK-interacting leucine zipper protein) has been identified as a scaffolding protein that functions to position mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) into specific signaling modules so that successive phosphorylation events of the MAPK pathway can occur. JLP is also known as sperm associated antigen 9 (SPAG9) due to its abundant expression in testicular haploid germ cells.

Immunogen Sequence:Synthetic peptide of human JLP (JNK-associated leucine-zipper protein 1)

Target Alternative Name:JLP, JLP1, JLP-1, JNK-associated leucine zipper protein 1, SPAG9

Species Reactivities:Human, mouse

Tag Line:/

Formulation:100 µl affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 30% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.02% thimerosal.

Purification: Affinity purified

Application:Western blot, Immunoprecipitation

Positive Control:/

Application And Usages:Western blotting (1:500 – 1:2500) and Immunoprecipitation. HeLa nuclear extract (Cat. # 1641-1) can be used as a positive control. However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes the JLP of human and mouse origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.

Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
