Application And Usages:Western blot analysis (0.5-4 µg/ml). Recombinant murine GM-CSF (Cat.# 4101-10) can be used as a positive control. Based on researchers feedback, the antibody also works well in ELISA (2-3 µg/ml) and neutralization (5-10 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
