Description

ApoSAA Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.

Description: Human apo-SAA is a 104 amino acid polypeptide that circulates primarily in association with high-density lipoproteins (HDL). The level of apo-SAA, normally 1-5 µg/ml in plasma, increases 500-1000 fold within 24 hours of an inflammatory stimulus and, under these conditions, is the most abundant HDL apo-lipoprotein. The human SAA gene codes for a 122 amino acid polypeptide, which contains an 18 amino acid N-terminal signal sequence.

Immunogen Sequence:Recombinant human Apo-SAA

Target Alternative Name:apo-lipoprotein, apolipoprotein, apolipoprotein-SAA, apolipoproteinSAA, apolipoprotein SAA, apo-SAA, apoSAA, apo SAA

Species Reactivities:Human

Tag Line:/

Formulation:30 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.5% BSA, 30% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal.

Purification: Affinity purified

Application:Western blot

Positive Control:/

Application And Usages:Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Recombinant human Apo-SAA (Cat.# 4324-50) can be used as a positive control. The antibody recognizes ~13 kDa recombinant human Apo-SAA. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.

Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
