Description

ApoA5 Antibody (NT)is available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.

Description: Apolipoproteins are plasma lipoproteins that function as transporters of lipids and cholesterol in the circulatory system. The protein encoded by this gene is an apolipoprotein that plays an important role in regulating the plasma triglyceride levels, a major risk factor for coronary artery disease. It is a component of high density lipoprotein and is highly similar to a rat protein that is upregulated in response to liver injury. Mutations in this gene have been associated with hypertriglyceridemia and hyperlipoproteinemia type 5.

Immunogen Sequence:This APOA5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 22-52 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human APOA5.

Target Alternative Name:APOA5; RAP3; Apolipoprotein A-V; Apolipoprotein A5; Regeneration-associated protein 3

Species Reactivities:Human

Tag Line:Polyclonal Antibody to detect ApoA5 in human samples

Formulation:100 µl of antibody in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide
