Description: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to RSV. Manufactured using Recombinant Platform with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma RSHZ19 (Felvizumab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.

Immunogen Sequence:This antibody was prepared by the humanization of an F protein-specific murine MAb, RSV19. More specifically, molecular techniques were used to insert the complementarity determining regions from murine RSV19 into a human IgG1 heavy and k light chain-variable domain framework.
