Description

Anti-MCT4 Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.

Description: Monocarboxylate transporter 4 (MCT4), also known as solute carrier family 16 member 3 (SLC16A3) is a proton-coupled lactate transporter protein that facilitates the transport of monocarboxylates such as lactate, pyruvate and ketones across the plasma membrane. MCT4 is expressed in glycolytic tissues such as fast-twitch muscles, neural layer of the retina, chondrocytes and activated macrophages. MCT4 is widely investigated in cancer cells, however the expression in tumor cells depends on tumor type.
