Description
Anti-Isoniazid Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.
Description: Isoniazid, also known as isonicotinylhydrazide (INH), is a key drug used for the treatment of the deadly infectious disease tuberculosis (TB). INH is a pro-drug and its mechanism of action is to interact with the co-factor NADH to form the nicotinoyl-NADH adduct. This adduct can bind tightly to the enoyl-acyl carrier protein reductase InhA and inhibit the cell wall synthesis in the bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
