Description

Anti-DMP1 Antibodyis available at Gentaur for Next week Delivery.

Description: DMP-1 (Dentin matrix protein1) is a member of the integrin ligand N-linked glycoprotein family. It is mostly found in bone, tooth and hypertrophic cartilage. DMP-1 plays an important role in dentin and bone mineralization. DMP-1 has multiple serine, glutamic acid and aspartic acid residues, a GAG attachement site and RGD motif. DMP-1 is proteolytically proceesed into mulitple fragemtns in the extracellular matrix (ECM) of bone and dentin.

Immunogen Sequence:Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding amino acids 21 of rat DMP-1

Target Alternative Name:DMP-1, DMP 1

Species Reactivities:Human

Tag Line:Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to detect DMP1 expression in human, mouse and rat samples

Formulation:100 µg (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-DMP-1 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.5 mM EDTA and 0.03% proclin

Purification: Affinity purified

Application:Western blot

Positive Control:/

Application And Usages:Western blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody recognizes ~60-130 kDa DMP- 1 of human, mouse, and rat origins. Reactivity to other species has not been tested.

Handling:The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use.
