Description
TREM1, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses
Biomolecule/Target: TREM1
Alternates names: Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1, CD354, TREM-1
Synonyms: Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 1, CD354, TREM-1
Background Information: TREM1 is a receptor belonging to the Ig super family that is expressed on myeloid cells. This protein amplifies neutrophil and monocyte-mediated inflammatory responses triggered by bacterial and fungal infections by stimulating release of pro-inflammatory chemokines and cytokines, as well as increased surface expression of cell activation markers. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been noted for this gene. Recombinant human TREM1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
