Background Information: Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. Rat TNF-α is a 17 kDa protein containing 157 amino acid residues.

Reconstitution Instructions: We recommend a quick spin followed by reconstitution in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1 – 1.0 mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
