Description
TGF-β1, human recombinant (E. Coli) is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
≥95% Pure Human recombinant TGF-β1 that controls proliferation, cellular differentiation, & other functions in most cells
Biomolecule/Target: TGF-β1
Alternates names: Transforming growth factor beta-1, TGF-beta-1, CED, DPD1, TGFB, TGF-b 1, LAP, TGFB1.
Synonyms: Transforming growth factor beta-1, TGF-beta-1, CED, DPD1, TGFB, TGF-b 1, LAP, TGFB1.
Background Information: Transforming growth factor-betas (TGF-βs) mediate many cell-cell interactions that occur during embryonic development. Three TGFβs have been identified in mammals. TGF-Beta 1, TGF-Beta 2 and TGF-Beta 3 are each synthesized as precursor proteins that are very similar in that each is cleaved to yield a 112 amino acid polypeptide that remains associated with the latent portion of the molecule. TGF-beta 1 is involved in hematopoiesis and endothelial differentiation.
Reconstitution Instructions: Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in water to a stock concentration of 1 mg/ml and further dilute in buffer of choice.
