Description
TFF1, human recombinant is available at Gentaur for Next week delivery.
Involved in intestinal mucosal defense and repair
Biomolecule/Target:
Alternates names: pS2 protein, HP1.A, Breast Cancer Estrogen-Inducible protein (BCEI), PNR2, Breast cancer estrogen-inducible protein, PNR-2, Polypeptide P1.A, Protein pS2
Synonyms: pS2 protein, HP1.A, Breast Cancer Estrogen-Inducible protein (BCEI), PNR2
Background Information: The Trefoil Factor peptides (TFF1, TFF2 and TFF3) are expressed in the gastrointestinal tract, and appear to play an important role in intestinal mucosal defense and repair. Recombinant human TFF1 is a 8.2 kDa polypeptide containing 60 amino acid residues.
Reconstitution Instructions: Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers
